The kit contains 40 GMP Flavour Standard capsules: five capsules each of eight sensory references. These allow teams to practise identifying specific off-notes, repeat training sessions and develop a consistent vocabulary when assessing CO₂ quality. The kit is suitable for sensory panel training, calibration and quality control work.
