Optego prism foil (Stick-On Fresnel)

Description

Optego prism foils (Stick-On Fresnel prism foil) are high-quality adhesive prism foils designed for temporary or adjustable prism correction. The prisms can be easily applied to existing spectacle lenses, providing a practical solution for the management of binocular vision disorders, diplopia (double vision), strabismus, and other ocular motility conditions.

Manufactured in the USA using Optego’s ClearPrism® Technology, these prism foils offer excellent optical clarity while remaining thin, flexible, and comfortable to wear. Unlike many traditional prism foils, Optego prisms are made from a silicone-like material that resists yellowing and maintains its optical performance over time.

Larger Usable Surface Area

Each Optego prism measures 65 x 73 mm and is supplied without perforations, allowing the entire prism surface to be used. This provides approximately 30% more usable area compared to many competing Fresnel prism foils, making them suitable for a wider range of spectacle lens sizes.

Optego Stick-On Fresnel Prisms are available in the following powers:

1Δ, 2Δ, 3Δ, 4Δ, 5Δ, 6Δ, 7Δ, 8Δ, 9Δ, 10Δ, 12Δ, 15Δ, 17.5Δ, 20Δ, 25Δ, 30Δ and 35Δ.
